ACIM Lesson 110

I am as God created me.

There is an identity shaped by memory, by experience, by what seems to have happened over time.

It can feel convincing. It can feel defining.

And yet this lesson offers a quiet correction:

I am as God created me.

Not improved.
Not repaired.
Not changed by what appears to have occurred.

Unchanged.

What if nothing that has been thought, said, or done has altered what is true?

What if every mistake has only seemed to cast a shadow—without ever touching the light?

There is something within that does not move with time.
Something untouched by fear.
Something whole.

This lesson is not asking for effort.
It is inviting recognition.

Even a brief willingness to pause…
to let this idea settle beyond thought…
can open a different experience of the self.

Not the self that shifts and reacts,
but the Self that remains.

Nothing real has been harmed.
Nothing true has been lost.

And what you are…
has never changed.

A Listening Practice

If it feels natural, you might let this idea continue beyond the words.

Two musical reflections accompany this lesson—
each offering a different way of entering the same truth.

One is a grounded chant, steady and spacious,
like a quiet return within.

The other is a devotional song,
carrying the feeling of being held in what has never changed.

You might listen to one… or both…
not to understand,
but to let the truth be felt.

There is nothing to achieve here.
Just a willingness to rest…
and allow the remembrance to deepen.

I am as God created me.

A more personal expression:

May this remain with you.
