ACIM Lesson 112
Review of Lessons 93 and 94
When the Practice Becomes the Day
There is a point in this path where the words stop being ideas and begin to shape experience.
Lesson 112 is not asking us to understand anything new. It is asking us to live inside something true.
Light and joy and peace abide in me.
I am as God created me.
At first, these can feel like beautiful phrases—distant, even abstract. Something we might nod to, but not fully feel.
But the rhythm of this lesson changes that.
On the hour, we return to what lives within us.
On the half hour, we remember what we are.
Back and forth.
Gently. Repeatedly.
And something begins to shift.
Not because we forced belief.
But because we gave truth a place to land.
The day starts to feel different.
Quieter. Softer. More held.
This is the miracle the Course points to—not a dramatic event, but a change in the atmosphere of the mind.
A different conversation begins to replace the one the world is always having.
And if we stay with it—just stay—
we may begin to notice:
Light is not something we reach for.
Joy is not something we earn.
Peace is not something we find.
They are already here.
These songs are offered as companions to the practice.
You might listen in the morning or evening,
or return to them during the day—
letting the idea settle more deeply
and accompany you.
Enter the rhythm and let the idea settle within.
Listen gently and allow the meaning to unfold in you.
