This lesson reminds me that healing is never private.

When my mind returns to love, something in the whole Sonship is blessed. A grievance released in me becomes a little less darkness in the shared mind. A fearful thought surrendered becomes an opening through which light can enter. I may think I am practicing alone, but A Course in Miracles keeps reminding me that there is no alone.

“When I am healed, I am not healed alone” is both comfort and responsibility. My willingness matters. My peace matters. My forgiveness matters. Not because I must fix anyone, but because every return to truth strengthens the memory of oneness in us all.

And then the lesson becomes even more direct: Heaven is the decision I must make.

Not a place far away. Not a reward after death. Not something granted later if I become worthy enough. Heaven begins in the mind that chooses love now. It begins when I decide to see beyond separation, beyond guilt, beyond the ego’s demand that others change before I can be at peace.

Today, I choose again.

I choose the light that heals us all.
