ACIM Lesson 67
Love created me like itself.
There is a quiet revolution hidden inside today’s lesson.
Love created me like itself.
The ego tells us many stories about who we are — flawed, defensive, controlling, impatient, not enough.
Over time we begin to believe those stories and even act them out.
But the Workbook gently interrupts that narrative.
It reminds us that those behaviors are not our identity.
They are simply habits the mind has practiced.
Our real nature has never changed.
If Love created us, then something in us must still carry the qualities of Love itself — kindness, patience, generosity, strength, and light.
These are not virtues we must struggle to earn.
They are reminders of what is already true.
When we remember this, even briefly, something softens inside.
And when we see that same light in others, forgiveness becomes possible.
Today the practice is simple:
Pause often.
Breathe.
And remember the truth beneath every false image.
Love created me like itself.
A Listening Practice
If it feels natural, you might let this idea continue beyond the words.
Two musical reflections accompany this lesson—
each offering a different way of entering the same truth.
A grounded chant, steady and spacious,
like a quiet return within.
A devotional song,
carrying the feeling of being held in what has never changed.
You might listen to one… or both…
not to understand,
but to let the truth be felt.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Only a willingness to rest…
and allow the remembrance to deepen.
