There is such tenderness in today’s lesson.

I do not have to know everything. I do not have to see the whole path ahead. I do not even have to know what I will say when the moment comes.

I am asked to listen.

God’s healing Voice will tell me what to do, where to go, whom to speak to, and what to say. It will even guide the thoughts I think and the words I offer to the world.

This does not mean that life will always appear peaceful or orderly. There may still be uncertainty, confusion, and circumstances I cannot control. But I do not have to meet any of it alone.

And the lesson goes even further: the safety I receive is not meant for me alone. God’s Voice protects all things through me.

Perhaps my part today is simply to become quiet enough to hear the next loving step.

Not the whole journey.

Just the next step.

And then to trust that what is given to me may become a blessing for someone else.
